We are currently recruiting for a legal secretary to work within our busy conveyancing department. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in conveyancing and will be expected to carry out the following duties:-
* Audio and copy typing of correspondence such as letters and legal documents.
* Assisting with file management
* Liaising with Clients via the telephone, taking messages.
* General administration such as filing, faxing and photocopying.
* Diary management, arranging meetings.
A Competitive Salary will be offered to the successful candidate.
9am – 5pm – Monday to Friday
