Conveyancer Vacancy
Cooklaw is seeking to appoint a highly motivated, efficient and organised Conveyancer to assist the Residential Conveyancing Team.
The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate a good grasp of the Conveyancing process and confident managing their own caseload of residential conveyancing matters.

Responsibilities:
- Managing a residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion
- Handling sales, purchases, and other associated matters
- Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and other parties
- Ensuring files are progressed efficiently
- Provide support to the conveyancing team
- Preparing and reviewing contracts, transfers, pre-contract enquiries and completion documentation
- Assisting the post completions team with Land Registry requisitions
About You:
- Previous experience running a caseload independently
- Team-focused, professional and client-driven approach
- Willingness to learn more within the Property sector
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work to deadlines with strong self-management skills
