We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join our legal team.

It would be preferable that they also have experience in other areas of litigation (e.g. personal injury, criminal injury and dispute resolution).  The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload of clinical negligence claims, provide expert legal advice and deliver high-quality representation to clients who have suffered harm as a result of medical care. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent client care, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a high-performing team.

  • Attend mediations, conferences, and court hearings as required.
  • Negotiate settlements to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.

About you

  • Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales (minimum 2–3 years PQE in clinical negligence preferred).
  • Strong understanding of clinical/medical negligence law, CPR, and litigation procedures.
  • Demonstrable experience managing complex, high-value, or sensitive claims.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of empathy, professionalism, and client-care ability.
  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
