Conveyancing Paralegal
Cooklaw is seeking to appoint a highly motivated, efficient and organised Conveyancing Paralegal to assist the Residential Conveyancing Team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about property and helping clients reach their property goals.
The successful candidate should have previous experience as a Conveyancing Paralegal and be able to demonstrate a good grasp of the Conveyancing process. Additional training will of course always be available where necessary.

Responsibilities:
- Managing a caseload of residential property transactions
- Conduct legal research and due diligence for property transactions
- Draft legal documents, contracts and agreements
- Liaise with clients, solicitors and other parties involved in transactions
- Provide administrative support to the conveyancing team (where required)
- Dealing with instructions including freehold and leasehold Conveyancing Matters.
- Regularly updating clients on the progress of their transactions via email and telephone.
About you:
- 1+ years experience in a Conveyancing role
- Knowledge of conveyancing procedures
- Strong organisational skills and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a team environment
Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 am – 17:00 pm
Salary: Dependant on experience
